Products should be sent only via express courier. During the warranty period, the transportation of products to SC Black Tech Group SRL-Service is free and covered by our company.
For better case management, it is necessary to inform the customer service or service department in writing about the issue encountered, along with the purchase invoice and the address from which the defective product should be picked up. The email addresses for these notifications are office@blacktech.ro and service@blacktech.ro.
ATTENTION:
Packages sent without prior notification will be refused.
WARRANTY TERMS
The warranty is provided for a period of 2 years for hardware defects and all accessories included in the commercial package.
The warranty is based on the purchase document and the warranty certificate completed by the seller at the time of purchase.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
Cleaning and maintenance operations.
Products that, in the opinion of Black Tech Group SRL-Service Bucuresti, show defects due to mishandling, improper use, or use for purposes other than those declared by the manufacturer.
Products that show signs of impacts, scratches, broken or missing elements, burns, or other damages caused by mechanical, thermal, or electrical shocks.
Batteries whose performance degrades over time, except in cases where their warranty is mentioned separately.
Products whose initial state has been altered by unauthorized software or hardware interventions by the manufacturer.
Products with identification labels or seals that are detached, damaged, illegible, or whose identification elements do not match the original ones.
Normal wear and tear of products.
In case of non-conformity, the defective product will be repaired or replaced free of charge unless this is impossible or disproportionate.
In the case of an unjustified warranty request, Black Tech Group SRL-Service Bucuresti reserves the right to request reimbursement of transportation costs.
The conformity of the product will be restored within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the moment the consumer informs the seller or the service unit.
The period of non-operation due to non-conformity occurring during the warranty period will be added to the legal warranty term.
The average usage duration of the product is 3 years.
The warranty is valid only on the territory of Romania.
Long-term use products that replace defective products within the warranty period will benefit from a new warranty period starting from the date of product replacement.
BENEFICIARY'S OBLIGATIONS
The customer agrees to comply with the manufacturer's specifications regarding the use of the purchased product.
Powering the product from an earthed electrical network within the tolerance limits provided by the manufacturer.
Exclusive use of the original wiring elements of the equipment.
Maintaining the integrity of the manufacturer's seals, as well as those of the service work executors.
It is recommended that the product be handed over in its original packaging to ensure its integrity during transportation.
