Black Tech Group entered the Romanian market in 2018, operating as a direct importer and distributor of mobile phones and Xiaomi ecosystem products.

In 2019, Black Tech Group strengthened its position in the retail market by inaugurating the first official Xiaomi Store in Romania, located in Mega Mall. Spanning 250 square meters, the store has attracted tens of thousands of customers passionate about mobile phones and smart gadgets since its launch.

Annually, we have prioritized the end customer in our business development strategy. Consequently, in 2020, we established a dedicated Service unit for diagnosing and repairing our products. This facility is equipped with the latest technologies, and our team of engineers and technicians provides both B2B and B2C technical support during and after warranty periods.

In subsequent years, by adapting to domestic market demands and understanding the needs of our partners and customers, our company expanded its portfolio of smart electronic and electro IT products. We became the exclusive importer and distributor for Romania of several renowned international premium and high-quality brands in the smart home and gadgets sector: Yeelight, Aqara, Tronsmart, Jimmy, Kugoo, Vsett, Oclean, Kingsmith, Yesoul, 70Mai.

With over four years of recognized experience in the electronics and mobile phone distribution industry, we naturally formed partnerships with two additional brands from the global top five smartphones: Oppo and Vivo.
